In the majority of instances a kitchen will be supplied and installed as a ‘Dry-fit’. This means we will supply a co-ordinated kitchen drawing (service drawings) as a guide to the loading and location of services required. The Mechanical and Electrical Contractors (employed by others) will remain responsible for the design and coordination of electrical and mechanical installations with full regard for service voids provided behind units, and connection locations.

When required, we can appoint an electrician and plumber alongside the fitters in order to complete preparation and / or installation of electrical and plumbing services. Costs will be itemised separately. This may be of use to projects where no other tradespersons are already on site.

In the event that small building works are required alongside / prior to the installation of a kitchen, we can appoint building contractors to undertake these works. We will prepare a scope of works and associated costings in addition to the kitchen contract and will identify a Project Management fee.

We can offer a full kitchen project management service, providing sub-contracted trades to complete the whole installation in line with a pre-agreed Schedule of Works.

These works are quoted independently from our kitchen quotation and POA (subject to availability of a Project Manager) so please let us know early on if this is your preferred option.
