Looking back at The Myers Touch Journey so far…
Our story started in 2003 with a vision to create a contemporary kitchen design studio and kitchen design consultation service. We wanted this to include state-of-the-art displays featuring luxurious appliances and innovative accessories to help people discover the best in contemporary kitchen design.
This vision was born out of our passion for interior architecture and modern kitchen design, sparked by planning and managing three complete home renovations.
Having previously worked in busy corporate jobs, our careers were a stark contrast with the creative work we’ve since had the privilege of undertaking!
2003 – The Myers Touch was founded
Having discovered a shared passion for design, we took the brave leap to leave our jobs and start our business.
Initially, we spent three years working from our home in Winchester providing consultancy for high-end kitchen remodelling and interior design. During this time, we got our local Kings Worthy neighbours involved in a competition to find a new company name. Hence, ‘The Myers Touch’ was born!
We quickly outgrew our home study and had a dream of opening a kitchen showroom in Winchester. Our team wished this to be an inspirational space for our clients to explore samples and displays for premium kitchen designs.
2007 – The opening of our Winchester kitchen showroom
We found a space that was previously a fireplace studio on close-by Springvale Road, Kings Worthy, which we moved to during January 2007.
Our team redesigned the main space to showcase contemporary kitchen displays and converted the original garage to an office for the designer’s hub.
2015 – Our studio had an upgrade
As the business grew, we took the leap in 2015 to expand the studio to double its original size. The aim of this was to showcase additional luxury kitchen displays and expand our hosting space for clients and customer events.
This development turned the studio into a 210 sqm contemporary, state-of-the-art architectural building for architects and homeowners, with an elegant floor-to-ceiling glass wrapped around the studio that is entered through a welcoming bamboo garden.
A space that we’re truly proud of
We never get tired of the sounds of delight we hear from clients on entering our doors for the first time!
This year our business turns 20 years old and we’re celebrating with our wonderful team of award-winning kitchen designers, all of whom are passionate about delivering creative design with exceptional customer service.
2023 – A new look for our website and new brand partners
An innovative company, we never like to stand still – and this year has been one of our most eventful years yet!
Along with launching our new website and revealing our new European brand partners including Copatlife & Eggersmann; we’ve made extensive updates to our studio.
Our aim is always to ensure that we are at the forefront of the latest kitchen design.
We have also launched our own-brand kitchen range named ‘Möbelife’, answering the need for an entry-level contemporary kitchen collection that offers a range of styles in a high-quality, functional, and affordable way.
One thing that hasn’t changed is our design philosophy…

It’s a wonderful privilege to be recognised by our peers across the industry, but the true measure of our work is in the testimonials that our clients leave.
Reflecting on the last 20 years, we feel immensely proud of the homes we’ve transformed, and the client’s lives we have enhanced through our passion for contemporary kitchen design.
